<li>Base on Laravel 4 official documentation, this framework must meet with the following system requirements: - PHP >= 5.3.7 - MCrypt PHP Extension (on PHP 5.5.3 is enabled by default)</li>
<li>First we must download laravel base package from Github. To do this, type:

Please notice you will get new my_project folder. Go to inside that folder, you'll find composer.json file. This file will be used by Composer to install dependencies package for Laravel.</li>

This will create new folder called 'vendor' where the dependencies packages is installed</li>
<li>Just wait, it will automatically download all packages dependencies needed by Laravel. After finished, laravel folder will appear on your Apache DocumentRoot.</li>

<li>Last one, we'll install phpmyadmin. This tool is really great to manage MySQL database from a web browser. To install this module, simply extract file phpMyAdmin-4.0.6-english.zip to Apache's document root. In my case, it should be placed on D:\WAMP\Apache24\htdocs.</li>
 
<li>Before we can use phpMyAdmin, we should start up our MySQL server. How we can do that?! 
Simple, first we need to edit mysql configuration file called "my.ini". This file can be found on MySQL directory. In my case it's located on D:\WAMP\mysql-5.6.13 
Commonly from fresh package downloaded, the name of file is my-default.ini. We should rename from origin name become "my.ini". Then, edit/uncomment "my.ini" with this following:
